One-Two Go air accident in Phuket on 16 September 2007

-         89 deaths of whom 53 foreigners

-         50 bodies of foreigners were identified and returned to their families, and 3 bodies are still under the process of identification which will soon be terminated and returned.

 

Compensations from the airline company

 

-         Families of those perished in the accident will receive at once the first sum of 100,000 Baht (approximately 2,985 US$) per victim, and later the second sum of 150,000 US$ per victim from the Insurance Company will be delivered to the families.

-         Those injured will receive at once the sum of 100,000 Baht (approximately 2,985 US$) per person and the totality of medical care expenses, together with an extra compensation from the Insurance Company on a  case-by-case basis

-         The airline company will be responsible for the trip and accommodation of the families traveling to Thailand, together with the expenses of the transportation of the corpses.
